DIRT 2

I will be back online in a month and will still have Dirt 2. I like the off road style racing, as some of you probably know, and I am prone to wrecking other people...not so much on purpose, but just because I'm out of control most of of the time at breakneck speeds. Anyhow, I'd like to get some online achievements that I don't have so I'll be on the lookout for you guys when I'm back online.

I never did get a chance to pick this up. Maybe I'll look at buying a used copy.

That would be awesome Interseptor...It's a fun game, very polished.

Yeah, I played the demo and really enjoyed it. I even had it on my GF Q but by the time it was available no one was playing anymore so I removed it from my Q.

I'll look into it and see if I can find a cheep copy.l

I have it the game is definitely a huge upgrade from the first a very solid racing game and it give Forza a run for it money in the fun category although I love both so anytime you want to race you have a few of us willing and able. It's about d@mn time you got back online I thought you sold your xbox and retired lol!!!

I hear ya Smack...I was fed up for awhile with my Xbox's breaking all the time but was really dealing with other issues that I've sorted out. Kind of a life long sorting that needed fixin! Anyhow, the game is awesome and has kept me going single player wise for quite awhile. Tonight I'll actually finish it up, as I only have four more events in morroco to finish the game.

Oh ok that's completely understandable we all have real life issues that are more important than gaming. I'm just glad that yopu got it all squared away and you can come back and have some fun with the fellas, we've missed you around here.

Update: I just found a copy for $27.00 and have it on the way. Probably have it in a week or so.

I hear ya B. I look forward to playing with you again. It's been a long time. And I am really looking forward to playing Dirt 2. I should have just enough time to practice up before you get back.

It will be ridiculously fun with all of us racing together. Heck, running against the bots in single player is really fun, because they call you by name (if your name is common enough to be in the list), so Dave Mirra, Travis Pastrana, Jayde Taylor and the such will be like "Woah Bryan, where'd you come from!"

Yeah the little details like this makes the whole gameplay better doesn't it.

w00t! Got my copy in the mail this morning! So now I just need a little time to warm up and I'll be ready for B Machine's return.

Well, I only got play a little last night with the kids but so far I am digging it. I have a feeling that I need to get ranked up so I can have the good cars etc... But so far I really like it.

So how many people still have this? I really would be down to have some races with you guys.

The dodge ram trophy truck is a great truck. I'm biased there though because I drive a dodge 4x4. Also, i'v found a perfect setup I call loose that works great on every surface. I may post that from home.

I'm down whenever you just let me know when.

Well, I have been plugging away at this for about a week now and I must say that I am really liking this game. It's a lot of fun and there are a TON of races. I think I am about level 26 now and I still have a few races that are locked out and I haven't even come close to racing all of the events.

I am starting to get familiar with some of the courses so I should be good to go for B's return.

Really diggin' this game.
