With "Grip" and "Thermal". Somebody posted this on the CoD forums. I imagine there are going to be a ton of people all of a sudden using this until it's fixed.

I thought the L86 was good on MW2 too. Humm... makes me want to try the different scopes on the different guns now.

same here and I think i may try that same setup I mean its not really cheating is it? but yeah im going to try the different scopes on my other setups and I am seriously owning with the p90/range/rapid fire setup

So that's a pretty solid weapon with the thermal. Pretty nice grouping and you can chuck a lot of lead.

I just use throwing knives. I'm so 1337 it's the only way to make it fair for everyone.

In HC I use dual fmg9's. their spread is nuts I literally pick people off across the map.

I actually tested this with other weapons last night and apparently the sights do play an active roll with the grouping as i progressed through the sights on the scar the grouping got tighter...im still doing testing so ill let you know what i find

I'm going to be getting some more MW3 in this weekend, as all week I have been sucked into Skyrim. I want to run a private game and just check out the different guns with different sights to see what all they do in relation to the spread. If anyone want to help and test too (we can do more weapons/sights) let me know and I'll shoot you an invite when it's testing time.

I only ran a test on the ACR, and I didn't see any noticeable difference. If anything the open sights and red-dot might have been a fraction less on the recoil, but not enough to matter.

Me too. I don't see how a different sight would change the recoil dramatically.

Depends on the zoom of the sight.
