Tried listening to the 2nd and 3rd ones, but didn't make it all the way. 2nd is a lecture to rage gamers. 3rd is his opinion on what to run to get max xp each game, not what will best help your team win the game. Just not my style. Didn't watch the first cause it says "in-depth" (actually indepth but that is not a word) and that sounded too long.

I agree, it's not what's going to get your team a win, but for people that are on by themselves and are just trying to level up, it won't hurt. Personally I haven't ever used the specialist perk, but I could see how somebody wanting to get quick levels could use it to do so.
