Hmmm...13 mins. and can't get the door open? FAIL
I'm pretty sure the element of surprise (for the entire building) is out the window at this point. I'd have time to eat breakfast, call my girl, walk calmly out the backdoor and wait for her to pick me up....LIKE A BOSS!!
They hid their faces to prevent criminals from knowing who they are...now they're glad they did for the shame of this debacle!

I watched that thing for 13 mins and still no satisfaction. While it was initially funny, those are 13 mins of my life I will never get back.

That's what I figured, I stopped when the guys stopped to readjust their hold on the ram. If you have to stop to get reset, you probably need some help.
