Gentlemen's Jack is quite good. I've yet to find Tennessee Honey in store, it's been sold out since release all over MT.

All I drink is JD. I even converted the woman who used to be a tequila girl. I have yet to even see Tennessee Honey. Need to track some down ASAP.

Have always loved Wild Turkey (but save her for special occasions), haven't seen the JD Honey but will search harder. Have always loved JD Black label. But all-in-all I'm more of a beer guy.

It's good stuff, I had a bottle for two days, it's a little to sweet for me, but it's hella smooth, kraken is always a good choice and pretty much all jd's are great

Re: Godliness
Picked up a bottle last night and promptly went through 2/3rds of it . Very good, but really sweet and way to easy to drink. I was drinking it just on ice, but as the ice melted it was like drinking a Coke or something. I liked the JD Tennessee Honey yesterday, but my head is not liking it today!

Re: Godliness
Just picked up a bottle of that Tennessee Honey. Had a shot after chilling it for a bit and I was very impressed. Have to wait till later tonight to put some on some rocks and drink it right. Writing papers while buzzed is not a good idea.

Had some last night...it had me up playing strong even at 4:30am. NICE!
speaking of the Stang and all things manly, came across this in my travels...

Seems a nice Stang and a sip of JD makes you one seriously manly dude and since I did both yesterday (driving before of course) guess I'm as close to Godly as one can be...LOL
Funny...didn't see the catfish front Camaro there at all

Re: Godliness
Lol. You're funny and quite predictable with your responses, but I said metaphorically from the rear view as in while you make excuses the Mustang continues to lead all categories. However you ALWAYS bring up racing. If you want to talk about that, then my only question is what are you bringing to the table? Not some $200,000 exotic car...but you James--what do YOU drive that can outrun me? We're talking real garage vs real garage.
I have the 2010 Roush 427R and the 2011 5.0 GT (and an Explorer but that doesn't count)
Sold my stock 2010 GT but even that would take you probably...

Re: Godliness
At the moment I have a Lexus (2002) IS200 with turbo, performance mapping, Injection kit, cross strut and race brakes (when are better brakes NOT a good idea?). I'd like to upgrade the suspension but I can't really justify the price for how often I go to the track (7/8 times a year - at best). It gets about 268/69 bhp (could push 280 but the petrol just gets stupid £££), 13.6@168km. Wouldn't beat you in a straight line (you'd be getting, what...11.3-11.5? That Roush dip into the 10's?) but it's by no means slow.
Hard to tell track-wise, there aren't many Mustangs in the UK and it's even rarer for them to stray from the drag strip. I'm generally faster but obviously, the driver and track account for a fair bit. I have beaten a 2010 stock (I think it was stock) around Silverstone. Only by 1.8s. Had it been at Donnington, it may have won as there are more straights and the corners aren't too demanding. A bit like a NASCAR raceway - the ones that aren't ovals.
Give me a few more years to get my GTR or an Atom and we'll talk again, lol.

Re: Godliness
No problem. Nice ride BTW, eventhough I'm sure I've voiced my opinion of Lexus a.k.a. high priced Toyota previously (probably why you bust my b@lls all the time) and I'll wait...maybe we'll meet at one of the clan gatherings if you decided to pay for a transport to the States. Otherwise we can always run a few tracks, run dyno, gather times and PM them to each other for bragging rights...LOL

If I get the money, I'd like to ferry my car (at the time) over and do Route 66, so maybe...better grab yourself some racing slicks, son!
