got a 550ti(factory OCed) and 560 ti main differences bw them are number of cores and the speeds but not sure if its worth the extra money for the 560ti any opinions?

The 560.

Has way more cores and you'll be able to OC it easily enough if needed. It's a way better card in respect of the price difference.
