"Call of the Dead" Zombie Survival Challenge



Welcome to the 3rd official Zombie Survival Challenge! This time we are taking on one of the fastest paced maps yet! "Call of the Dead" takes us to one of the biggest and best maps yet. Like the Zombie map "Five" we are thrown in to 4 all new characters pulled right from the Zombie genre (and apparently the Vampire genre for good measure). You get the chance to play as Robert Englund, Danny Trejo, Michael Rooker and Sarah Michelle Gellar. A killer cast for sure but things turn for the worst during a shoot for the newest George A Ramero film and all hell breaks loose. The Zombies are real and George is taken only to return as a sort of King of the Zombies. Now it's a fight for your life. Only the strong survive.

New challenges also await. George is constantly on the map hunting you down and you can't effectively kill him without some special weapons. This effectively takes camping out of the equation. The key to survival here is to be on the move. Very fast paced and a ton of fun. The Pack-A-Punch is a moving target as well, popping up at different locations around the map. Be on the lookout as you run. You never know what is around the next corner.

TEAMS WILL ONCE AGAIN BE RANDOM! Just like a standard Tourney, teams will be randomly assigned based off of who shows up at the start of the Tourney. Anyone who wants to play, can. No worrying about trying to get together with guys before hand. If you want to play, all you have to do is show up. Great for the new guys and should keep things interesting for the veterans too.

Here are the official details...

Date: This Saturday, May 14, 2011 (05/14/11) (THIS SATURDAY!!!)
Time: 9pm eastern.
Map: "Call of the Dead"
Teams: Random (2-4 players depending on turn out)
Prizes: Official Trophy and Name in the Record Book.

Team Selection starts at 8:30 pm sharp! Teams will be randomly chosen based off of who shows up. Everybody who wants to play can. Just show up and we'll get you on a team and set you loose against the undead. The team that survives to the highest level wins.

You may play with you team all night long and into Sunday so you have plenty of time. Official submissions must be presented by 11:59pm Sunday (05/15/11) Eastern.

*Photo proof is required as always. Photo must show all players present and rounds survived. Be sure to take a screenshot/photo with a camera.

I'll play if anybody needs a fourth, but I won't be able to play that early, but I can show up for a few min " to pick teams " . Also I'll only be able to play sat night till around 330 am central. So I might just be a good sub

im game but i wont be home from work till about 11pm EST and I got work sunday got to be in at 8am ESt which means the lastest i can stay is 2am EST buy sunday afternoon im all game

i should be able to make this one i think the latest i will get on is at 930..

I might be able to hit this one. My wife and I actually got a weekend off together where we don't have to go to a funeral or something, so I'll have to see if she's up for letting me play. May the best team win!

All joking aside, Congratz to Kenny, Glock and Wonkey! Great job guys!!! I had a ton of fun and we had a good turnout. We will be doing it again soon so stay tuned. We are going to have a standard Tourney on Ascension and a Doubles Team event at some point in the near future.
