Crysis 2 Headcount

Well, I noticed that Homefront had a nice little poll going and thought I would do the same for Crysis 2. So chime in and let us know what you think. Are you buying it, renting it or avoiding it like the plague? Personally, for me, I am going to buy this one. I just have a good feeling about it and I am looking for something different and new.

For both games I was taking the "rent first buy later approach" but I might just go ahead and pick up Crysis 2 at launch... so I'm voting "Maybe".

Is this an EA game? If so, will we need an "online pass" to play it, meaning I can't really rent and play for long? I ask because Dead Space 2 which I rented is that way, and I only have a 2 day trial to play it online without entering (or buying) the online pass.

I did put Money down on it but am still on the fence.....I'll change my "Maybe" to "Most Likely"....LOL

Well, it's official. I just pre-ordered it from Amazon with release day delivery. I will have my copy next Tuesday.

I am not going to be in town on Tuesday when Crysis releases, and I most likely will not be able to get a day-1 rental at Blockbuster. So I went and reserved a copy at GameStop. You can change my "Maybe" to a "Yes", but I will not have a copy until Thursday or most likely Friday.

voted no - just got Homefront and Fullhouse Poker, still gotta get DA2, and their are still more games out there I want. The demo just didn't get me reved.

Funny cause it's the exact opposite for me. I am much more interested in Crysis 2 and I went ahead a bought it (as well as DA2 LOL) so I am just renting Homefront. If I like it enough, I may keep it but I am really looking forward to Crysis 2.

Boo Coolhand!! Boo!! MP is a cross between Halo and Battlefield. It should be a riot on large big battle maps. You got to rent it or something.

Made a deal with Zac - I'll rent Crysis 2 and give it an honest shot - he will buy Full House Poker.
