IT'S FINALLY HERE! MLB2K11 game play video. Look for the demo about a week before the game comes out...Looks good, I like the small changes like no more homerun indicator, play the wall deep with your defender just in case, you never know if it's gone or not. I like the camera angles and how it now pulls back to see all the players on the field. I like how you "seemingly" get real stances for each player. I like how it appears at least they fixed the infamous hat issue where a player has the right cap now when playing for another team. Basically...I LIKE IT!!

Honestly the MLB Show fan boys are bashing it from every angle all day. I saw their trailer (gameplay footage) it was okay but not like MLB. You know MLB 2k still makes games for both consoles, that';s one reason the graphics aren't as good as they could be if they were only on one console like The Show. I'd love to know the sales for PS3. If people have PS3 they buy the show right? Why not cut off the PS3 side and only concentrate on the xbox game/ sales. Screw them...let them have their MLB The Show "push button" arcade baseball B.S.!!

Played numerous games and can't believe how much better this one plays. Simple stuff like pop foul balls behind the plate (that the catcher can/will now grab for an out). It's many many things I noticed in just a few hours of demo play. One quick example were additional pitches thrown in there...like split finger pitches and slurves, they were great to see. I did my share of overthrowing the bag and letting the runners advance. I did a few bobble plays for errors. It gives a different feel in a good way. It tells you when you have a bad match-up for the hitter and that this pitcher is usually the winner in the meetings... Good Stuff 2K!

My shortstop bobbled (on a routine ground ball up the middle) while attempting a barehand catch it rolled up his forearm and into his chest with a runner on third and 2 outs. This caused a walk off, RBI, base hit by Buster Frickin' Posey Never thought I'd hear myself say something like that. After that play...I turned it off and went to bed! But that shows, anything can happen now and I love it!!

I read on the Operationsports forums that if you change your gamer profile to "hard", it will actually raise the difficulty in the demo (possibly set to Allstar instead of the defaulted pro). I have yet to try this and test, but will as soon as I get off from work.

Go to your dashboard >> my xbox >> click on the second tab over that shows your avatar >> click profile >> game defaults >> general >>
