Xbox One Hard Mode Raid?

If anybody on the XB1 side wants to set up an effort on the HM raid this weekend (tonight or tomorrow) I'll join up.  Even if we can't make it very far we always have the chance of getting some people a piece of 310-320 gear or ghost.

I'd strongly suggest people be at least 305'ish light level to even attempt it.

I'm only 302 and will sit it out. Haven't finished the normal raid yet, so lacking on my artifact is going to hold me back.

Oh, I thought you had finished the normal raid!  I may sit it out as well this week, we'll see.  I'm in no rush to run it, I just thought at least you and Atrum were at 305.  I might join a group over the weekend at some point over the weekend but I'm not sure if it's a very good idea to try HM with people I've never played with.

I plan on trying it sometime this weekend, but my schedules a bit odd. If I do it'll probably be saturday night.
I'm 305, but end up being 302/303 with the weapons I like to use for the raid itself.

That being said, I had no trouble getting up to Golgoroth on the normal raid with a group ranging from 286-294 - I imagine progressing that far should be feasible at low 300s on HM

It gets progressively harder light level wise (as expected).  I didn't see what the warpriest was rated at but Golgoroth was LL310.

The HM didn't look horribly hard as far as new mechanics go.  I think getting at least the warpriest down shouldn't be too much of a problem with people that have run it before.

Worst part of the whole thing is that there is no mid checkpoint on the jumping ship area platform! lol

I was reading that the group they were watching live steam still took down the war priest In 2 cycles. Not sure what weapons they were using. Also, 310+ it's in the first chest!

Yep, I was watching that.  They were using 310 level snipers (at least the guy I was watching was).  That fight didn't look a whole lot different than before.  And yeah, they got 310+ stuff starting from the beginning.

Ha, that's funny. I just skip the mid platform on the ship jump puzzle anyway.

With how quickly hard mode was beaten, it really shouldn't be too difficult to get to, or maybe even through Golgoroth.

Also looks like once you hit 311+ all the exotic engrams you decrypt come out at 310.

I'm sitting at 307 currently so any exotic engrams I get from this point on will sit in my vault until I hit 311+.

I am calling Warpriest as a major PITA. Those guys made it look easy and most groups usually don't down him in 2-cycles. The major problem being that he has different attacks as the columns disappear. Going 3-4 rounds to down him with no respawns is going to be a bad time.

That's very true.  I always forget about the no revive aspect of things.

Yep, someone dies with the buff, then you blinded, then you wipe lol. Don't get me wrong, better teams will get through with little problems but it will be fun adjusting to WP. That fight seems to have the most changes as well.

Yeah after watching some more teams it's clear that it's not as "easy" as I had originally thought.  Most people are struggling pretty good.
