Game/Practice Night

Practice 1/1/15 @ 9pm Eastern

We have had a couple weeks off from practice due to clan wars and the holiday. Time to get back in the swing of things. Those of you that are new to the clan please take a few minutes to watch the call out videos before practice starts. If you click on the map name it will take you directly to the video for that map. Also show up early to get a couple classes set up as we will be in a private lobby.

I have found a strat that works for Uplink and makes this game mode way easier and a blast to play.

Game Mode: Uplink
Teams: 6 person teams against bots
Class Suggestions: Exo Stim, Exo Hover, Lightweight
Objective: Teach our members how to pass the ball using the left trigger. Get familiar with the distances you can pass. Find out what the best locations to control and move the ball around the map.

So we use the Exo hover to give more time for the team mate to target us for passing while letting us slip in and out of cover? Sounds good. May have some family here tomorow. If not then I'll be on.

Game Mode: Uplink
Teams: 6 person teams against bots

Teams: 6 person teams against bots

Practice 2/5 @9pm Eastern

We are done with Uplink and are now moving on to the two Search variants; Search and Rescue & Search and Destroy.


Game Mode: SnR/SnD
Teams: Random (2 rooms if needed)

Class suggestions: Offense, Defense, Stealth
Objective: SnR and SnD strats

Working till 11 EST won't be able to make practice but will be on around 11:15 - Heisenberg

Heads up to anyone who hasn't done the update. It's pretty large. Just a heads up so you don't log on to practice and have sit out for half an hour or longer depending on your connection.

last night was a blast! That knives only last man standing game mode was so much fun. See you guys next week for more search.

Like last week, I won't make it to practice tonight.  Two weeks in a row with Thursday night soccer.  Also had one last night and got a 19-0 shutout as keeper.

We would be undefeated if it weren't for me getting a concussion a couple weeks ago that took me out of the entire second half due to messed up vision.

Practice 2/26 @ 9pm Eastern

This week we will start going over the DLC maps. 1 map per week for the next 4 weeks. This first week we will be covering Drift. You can find the call out video HERE. The game modes we will be playing are Hardpoint, Uplink, and Search. We also will be having a race around the perimeter of the map at the beginning of practice. So if you havnt been practicing your sprint cadence you might want to spend some time doing so. You can find the video for the sprint cadence HERE.
