Our state is full of idiot legislators on both sides of the aisle. 3.2 beer, no liquor on Sunday or election Tuesday, liquor can only be sold at room temp. Tattoos just got legalized in 2006. Oral sex is still illegal.

I'd be surprised if the game developers didn't sue the state if that passed claiming it either violated their freedom of speech or discriminated against them. That would be one of the last laws that guy got passed because so many games that are played by the core gamers are at least T rated. I think that the only things that I get that aren't T or M are sports games. Granted I don't have kids but I'm probably on the high end of the average age of core gamers.
