So i haven't been online for like 3 days and i noticed that drop zone is now a Xbox live game-type. was wondering when that happened?

I'm not sure exactly when it came out but it was released with one of the more recent game updates.

It came with the recent patch.

They decided that since it was in such high demand on their message board that they would add it.

I actually tried it out yesterday, had a lot of fun with it, good way to level your weapons, also would recommend running with blast shield and marksman, blast shield pro for all the flash, stun, frag, and c4, plus what ever other explosives are thrown at you and marksman to see through the smoke, although i learned real quick to NOT lay in the middle of the zone unless you like being smashed in the head with a crate....very fast paced and insane

Yeah, Glock had us playing this on Tuesday night and it's pretty addicting. I like that I'm able to get some of the care packages that I wouldn't ever get. I'm terrible with the drone that fires the missiles but it was hilarious watching the bastards run from me because I thought I could hit them.

Interestingly enough, as much as I hate Headquarters (pro or not), I like this even though it is like HQ in many ways. It can get insane though.
