ELITE

Is anyone getting elite? If so, is someone going to create an S7 group for it?

I was a beta tester and I preordered HE so it comes with my preorder... in along and round about way, I'll have Elite. There's a lot of the guys that got the HE so we should have a decent showing for Elite.

Yes, we will be creating a group for it (if the one created for the Beta doesn't carry over) as many of us are getting it with the Hardened Edition.

It makes sense; however, there is the elite after the 1 year runs out. I just want to improve as a player, so I think this is going to help me. It just seems more expensive in the long run.

I'm sure I'll end up getting elite, not sure if I'll get HE or not.

paying 59.99 for game and 59.99 for one year elite is more pricey


and true after your one year if your still even playing mw3 (as cod title normally come out every year) then yes another 1 year of elite is needed
but i think by then we all will be looking for the next black ops lol

I have it pre-ordered...Hope it's worth it for that kind of money

Elite is just a bonus for me. I'm getting the HE mainly for the DLC. It still bugs me they are charging for Elite, when you look at what Bungie and now Battlefield/Battlelog can do with their online services for free.

I also think that Hiland is the parent company or major stock holder of Activision because both companys no how to milk it

Preordered Elite for the DLC.

The DLC's is the main reason that I pre-ordered the HE. I'm going to get all of them anyway and the HE will include all 4(?) for free. When you figure in the cost of the DLC's the HE is worth it and the year of Elite becomes basically free so it's just a bonus for paying up front for what I'll get anyway.

Well, the question now is, how many DLCs do they plan on putting out within the year? I've never played MW before, until just a few days ago and I'm not buying the DLCs.

they have 4 so far dlc conformed but they said they will have more , and they also said every month they will relese things for dlc weather it be a new map of some thing else they but every mouth they will release some thing new plus the major 4 map packs

While the games are fun enough to play w/o the DLCs, and there have been many guys in the clan that don't get them, if you end up playing competitively and/or play more actively with the MW3 group in the clan, the DLCs almost become a must. There are a handful of us fanboys that stay up all night or wake up early to try to get them as soon as they drop and then we play them straight for a couple days.

But like I said, you can still play the game without them and you won't be shunned like a leper just because you don't get them. The HE is just the best route to go if you plan on getting them. I was kind of the same way when I first started playing COD, waited a while to get any DLC because I wasn't sure how much I'd play, but now I know I'll end up playing the game until I can't look at it anymore so I try to get everything I can for it.

I got all the maps from BO minus the Rezurrection pack. I think about of them I enjoyed three or four maps.

If im not mistaken, there is an XP boost for the clan when u have ELITE as well. Correct me if im wrong.

Really? What does that man? More XP if the clan is on ELITE?

I think everyone expects 4 expansions.
