Corona clone

Trying to find out what kind of beer is going in the keggerator next. My wife likes corona but we cant get that in a keg in Georgia. Does anyone else have something that taste like corona besides Dos Equis (I like it but wife thinks it is too dark).

I have also heard Landshark is a clone but I dont think it was that close tasting to Corona.

Corona is the mexican= bush light IMO, I would go with Pacifico or any of the Modelo's. Sol is similar and Carta Blanca pretty good

The main concern here is the ability to get it in keg form. It is summer time and I need a good lawn mower beer. Right now I am finishing up a blue moon keg and will be needing another one in a few weeks.

Pacifico would be close to Corona only better IMO. Dox Equis comes in two varieties (I'm aware of): when bottled the brown bottle is an amber but the green bottle is a light pilsner style, not dark at all. Maybe she was thinking of the amber?

really sol would be the closet you can get to corona both in taster and look

i enjoy more of the darker beers myself but never turn down free beer =)

that true in the US. but not in mexico there is 3 they make one in mexico called tres Equis the only thing that makes this one 1 more x is that it would be illegal to have in the US as it is well over the legal Alcohol limit per bottle cool thing if you get the bottles of tres equis there is a bottle opener on the bottle of each bottle and cans have an older style pull tab on them
