So I finally finished Black Ops today (I just started the campaign Friday) and I must say, this is probably my favorite of them all. I really liked the story, even if you pretty much have it figured out by around the half way point. Very cool, and the settings were great. Vietnam was the best, with so many different things going on there. The voice acting was really good too, and I thought Sam Worthington did great (then again, wasn't Avatar basically just a voice acting gig too?). I didn't know that Gary Oldman was doing the main Russian characters, so it's no wonder they were so well performed. Kudos to the writers and directors, as the game was as good as any Tom Clancy novel or War movie. Good stuff. The set-up with the interrogation and flash-backs, leading up the climax and big reveal were well handled.

BTW- wouldn't it be cool if they added a "movie" mode to the game after you finished it. Maybe one that shows all the cut scenes, and part of the game play linking them together. With the theater built into the game anyhow, you think it would be easily possible. And the game play wouldn't have to be all first person either, it could be like a computer animated action movie. If they could do something like that and make it a normal "feature length" (90 to 120 minutes), I would watch it for sure.
