Patch should be live today and contain-


· Improved matchmaking to find matches significantly faster
· Improved matchmaking to ensure that players are more effectively matched to games with the best networking conditions
· Improved host selection to ensure that the best host is always selected in the pre-game lobby
· Improved party system to ensure that parties don’t get broken apart
· Disable ability to join Private Match, Combat Training and Theater lobbies when searching for Player Match games
· Server-side and game-side changes to decrease the amount of failed Film uploads
· Weekly and Monthly leaderboards will now track all kills, deaths and assists properly (All Time leaderboards were not affected by this)
· Prevention of Combat Training stats getting crossed with Player Match stats under rare conditions
· Prevention of temporary loss of functionality when a button was being held down at the point of a disconnect
· Additional fine-tuning of audio levels and ranges for footsteps and gunfire
· Additional fine-tuning of audio levels for bomb plants/defuses
· Additional online security enhancements

update me and chattem tried this out every game mode less then 30secs to get in and filled up FTW

I've always gotten in moderately quick for 1 or 2 people. I'll believe it when a full group of 6+ gets in

Interesting...
That was the ONLY negative to this game...period.
If the lobby situation is fixed, this game is officially amazing.

Well that's sweet...I personally loved the game with it's flaws but wanted to inform you guys just in case you wondered. The fixes definitely make this game that much better.

What about the spawn problem? I am constantly getting shot in the back within seconds of spawning.

Yea, everyone of the COD games can't seem to get the spawns correct. I wish you had the chance to spawn with a teammate or randomly, then at least you might be able to avoid an instant death part of the time.

I tested out the ninja perk, and it works better but is definitely nerfed from MW2. I'm pretty sure you can only hear someone's footsteps when they are sprinting, and not walking. If you can hear them walking, the range is very limited. Even with the sprinting it's not very loud and limited. I had someone on a steel platform above me while a spy plane was out, and I could see there "dot" moving from side to side, but only every now and then could I hear the footsteps. I think it was when they would sprint from one side to another, and if they just walked over I couldn't hear it. Now that I have prestiged I’m not sure the impact that Ninja pro would have, as I only played with it a little before hitting prestige. Still, it didn’t seem a big improvement, but added in the extra sounds from the reloads, pin pulls, etc…
