PC build time

So  for Xmas i got a new Gtx 960 4gb SSC   and was like f#ck it new build time since the pc i have running now i have had  for 6 years and have been doing small upgrades here and there.

so here is the list of parts i am thinking of going with   keep in mind it will be a white and black theme build so parts  are in that color scheme as well

Case NZXT H440
Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB)  DDR3   going to buy 2 kits 1 black one white   so  32gb total
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 80+ GOLD  ( going to swap all the cable out for  white sleeved ones)
MSI 970A SLI KRAIT EDITION Motherboard
Max the case out with  high airflow Corsair Air Series AF120 LED white
NZXT Kraken X61 280mm All-in-One Liquid Cooling System
NZXT Hue+   i love case lighting


parts i will be re -using are
my 128gb ssd
my 2tb  WD black HHD


i was also thinking of just buying another 960 and running it in SLI   for the sh1t of it all

and that is why when people were fighting over a 500 buck  price tag of a xb1 or the 400 price tag ps4  (when they released)  i was like Meh  lol all and all  my pc   with out another gpu  will cost about 800 bucks  but still not bad  i love  building  them and its time  since now my new gpu is being bottle necked my  other parts in my pc

Did I miss the CPU in there? Sweet build though!

I can't wait for the pictures as I didn't do anything color coordinated with my build.

I have been slowly collecting parts over the past two months and just put it together today.

PSU: EVGA Platinum 1000 watt


I was tired of the retarded amount of noise coming from my 4 year old PC. I had upgraded the GPU when the GTX 900 series came out. I really wanted to get a taste of the new M.2 technology and thought Skylake was a good choice to pull the trigger. I plan on skipping a GTX generation and waiting for Volta over Pascal.

so  got away from the theme  build  and just went for the power upgrade was tired of my old x6 1090t  bottleneck
jumped up to a 8350  8 core black edtion  with h55 cpu cooler 16gb ram  and a new mobo

over all Specs/

Case : NZXT M-59  (old case  will be upgraded )
Motherboard  : Gigabyte ATX Socket AM3+ AMD 970
Cpu  : Amd 8350  8core   stock 4.0   turbo 4.2    (have it overclocked to a stable 4.8ghz)

PSU  : Raid max 750wat gold rated (soon to be upgraded to a CM 850 gold )

The PSU is getting  upgraded later   so the cable management right now is meh  and  it has 16gb of ram    but will be upgrading to another 16gb one payday   for 32gb total
