Global leader boards not working? Empty Global leader boards not working?

Getting an error message when ever I try to access them in game. Not that they are super relevant considering how many obvious booster there are but I was curious as to where I am at. Anyone else having this issue? Initial google searches have not proven fruitful.

When you ride so far back in the bus like me you don't generally concern yourself with these things.
