Extracting audio off of youtube. (need advice)

Anyone know of some good freeware that will allow me to just extract the audio off of you tube and convert to a stand alone mp3? I did a google search but some of it seemed a bit shady.

thats the one i use and works great for pulling audio only or even the video as well

I use Audacity myself. Technically I just set it to record computer sounds and hit record when the song starts and ends, but it's free, small, and easy.
And it's also an easy way to edit songs for ringtones.
