Lag Compensation and Damage Referee

Lag Compensation seems to be an issue in a lot of multiplayer games, seeming give more advantage to those with bad connections vs those with a good one. Bungie is adding a "Damage Referee" to correct this and try to even the playing field. It will be interesting to see if this works out.

Interesting. I guess if their metrics are good enough it could be alright. I think of games like Halo where some of the best parts are landing perfect kills. I wonder if the 'damage referee' would change that.
