This means everyone will get it, regardless of whether you paid for it or not. Obviously only those that paid will be able to play.

Pros: much more seamless

Cons: no more pre-loading...slow connections RIP, particularly for those that never intend to buy them...that's like 40gb of data across all 4 packs!

After doing a bit more reading this is what appears will happen.

You will sign in to try and play, be prompted to download a patch (as long as auto download is not enabled) and then download it.

The biggest problem I see here is the redundancy. If people do not want to buy the DLCs why should they have to waste 9 gb of valuable memory on this DLC?

I can see this being good and bad, but bad more than anything, basically for those with data caps.
