any ideas

I have 2 xbox 1 and 2 copys of COD ghost  when we bought the xb1 both games worked without a problem one day my son tried to play COD and all it does is black screen this was after an update of the game not to long ago.  both games want play in either xb1 no idea why cause they both play BF4 and dead rising play without a problem    when you load COD after the ghost mask then the next load screen will start but all it does is black screen we have tried putting both games in both Xboxes and both games do the same thing on both Xboxes.   any ideas ?

Hard reset...pull power cord out of back of system and plug back in

dude your awesomesauce I would never have even thought of that wonder what made that game do that but thanks a million man saved me another $70 for another copy of that game

It happened the very first time I put COD in and it freaked me out

Mine did that the other day too. I called support and they had me unplug then press all three buttons on the front of the xbox then power it up. I guess it must clear the cache of something.

all I did was just unplug the power cable from his xb1 powered it on and the game loaded right up

All you have to do is push the xbox button on the console and hold it down to 10 sec and then turn it back on

It still happens every so often. Had to do another hard reset yesterday on my kid's box.
