Have to thank steelseries

I bought a steelseries jab headset last year from Wal-Mart and the detachable cable from the headset developed a short in the wire and stopped working altogether. I started the RMA process and just waited and waited. I ended getting to busy to worry about till recentl and got an email saying my RMA was resolved so I ended up posting a new request and waited for another two weeks and then finally posted to Twitter about the poor service I was receiving and finally someone got in touch with me and started the process. I was finally told my replacement cable I thought had been shipped and got my package today to find a completely new replacement headset...so I have to give it to steel series for stepping up and correcting the problem I had.
