I think he is referring to people holding off buying BF4 to see if others are going to get it as well as guys who just just stick with the 360 for a while.

For reference I'll only have BF4 on PC. I would recommend buying it regardless of which system you choose it'll be a great game.

I still think the vast majority will be on XB1. I'm holding off getting it on the XB1 as are many others, and I think most all with it on 360 will be doing the upgrade- granted it may not all be day 1 stuff.
