Forza 5 wishlist
I thought we should have a thread to post what we want or do not want from Forza 5. Feel free to post anything from what you think will be included, what you wish was included, and what they should never, ever include.
Personally I have a few things I wish they would do:
- Even more customizable game types.
- File import (so we can photoshop images to put on cars)
- Customizable starting grid (can select who starts where)
- Better interaction with other users garages. I think a UI where you could step in to someones garage (or your own) and look through all the cars that way would be awesome. A "Tune for friend" feature would also be awesome.

Re: Forza 5 wishlist
1.) I've mentioned this before awhile back, but I'd like it for cars/car parts to be earned more than how it is on Forza 4. To get free car parts for a specific dealer, you pretty much just need to race 4 times and you get 100% of all upgrades. Not a big fan of that. I wouldn't mind if it was something like 90% off at level 5, 75% off at level 12, 50% off at level 25 or something like that. 100% off at level 4... no. I just don't like free handouts in games, I like to feel that I earned something.
2.) Mid-engine Hummer

Re: Forza 5 wishlist
That's another thing I considered. I think more robust online play would be cool.
Keep the single player and part unlock/discount thing the same.
Keep the current online modes
Add in a "Circuit" online mode. Where you start with a basic car and earn unlocks for it over time to make it better and faster. Do this for every class and different race types.
I think that would be awesome, so if you were really in to A-Class you could get ranked on the A-class challenger circuit and get an awesome car tuned up that you spent a month or two getting parts for.

Agree with those. Turn10 should wreck all of these cars a bunch of times to get accurate damage models lol

More cars
More car packs through the life of the game
Better damage physics
More custom mp game types
Definitely the ability to photoshop images to put on cars or just a better over all image designer.
More ability to custom tune/ upgrade more options
Better garage graphics and features like sharing..friends option like Atrum said

Well, I just don't think a Hummer should wreck out as easily as a Corvette. They should take into consideration the material and build of each car. A solid steel should be more durable than a fiberglass car. Right now the damage really only changes based off where the engine is placed.

I was being facetious. I agree though. If they're going to call it Simulation Damage - it better live up to the name.

I know. I just thought I would go into greater detail. Although, wrecking cars would be a good way to get reading.

Differing track/terrain surfaces. I.E. Road Courses being bumpier and less grippy than tracks like Silverstone.
Weather, or more specifically rain. Working in tandem with the above.
Better car physics. The tyre models are already great, if they can get the cars handling a little more realistically it'll be great.
More tuning parts. Forget the street/sport/race tiered system. Have different brands with slightly different trade-offs.
Ability to port in graphics.
Tracks:
Monaco
Spa Francorchamps
Monza
Yas Marina

Ahh, I hadn't even thought of more tracks. Weather would be amazing, especially if it's implemented realistically. Drifting all over the place in rain or snow would be pretty amazing.
If they did implement weather, Spa would HAVE to be in the game.

Also, DLC with more tracks, not just more cars.

It would be cool if they implemented weather through DLC. "Rain Pack, Snow Pack, etc"
Would give them more time to develop the initial game and make the additional weather effects/tracks higher quality.

Re: Forza 5 wishlist
Um, yes, I take all of that please! I think day/night toggle would be great. Can you imagine racing on Fujimi or Nordschleife in a moonless night after getting your headlights busted out? How about having your brake lights busted and trying to not get "Big Beared" because people can't see you? You would have to watch which body kits you put on your cars so that you don't race a night track with a kit that lacks headlights/taillights.

Ahh, having headlights at night would be very cool. Especially for one of our fun game types. Racing Top Gear full contact in the dark = Epic

Must haves
Day/Night is a must (I think they used Horizon as a test for this).
Weather is a must.
Would love to see
Open wheel racing.
More ovals for NASCAR type racing. (No need to overdo it but throw in a few for NASCAR fans)
More emphasis on newer and different tracks instead of just reversing existing ones.
Realistic fuel usage and needing pit stops on longer races. (If setup that way by host)
Leaderboard that focuses on where you finish in races and not just top time trial times. (Prove you can be consistent, not just fast)

Don't they already have that? Thinking on it it's probably more realistic for lower classes, but I know you have to pit for gas/tires doing LONG races. I suppose being able to actually blow a tire would make that a lot more realistic.

Could be. I haven't played much since the beginning but I thought I remembered there being an issue where you could pretty much last forever on fuel. Maybe that was F1.

Re: Forza 5 wishlist
I think the last endurance race I did was A class on nurburgring and you had to refuel somewhere between 8 and 10 laps.
That being said, a SuperCar going 220+ MPH should not be able to go for long without refueling, which I don't think is accurate at present.

Re: Forza 5 wishlist
Refueling and tires would be fun, especially if you have to repair blown tires. It might be interesting to do minor aero repair like they can so in NASCAR to restore some function. It would be neat to pick on your way into the pit what things to have done (tires/fuel/aero/etc) and your pit time would obviously be adjusted based on how much you choose.
