Atrum's LNS Back to the Future Tourney

I am proud to present Atrum's LNS Back to the Future Tourney.
This tournament is a throwback to the first LNS tournament of the season.
Here is the breakdown. This event will be a team event. Teams will be set in groups of 2. (2v2v2v2...for as many people that show up.) This is a full contact event and ANYTHING GOES! Big Bears, driving backwards, etc would all be encouraged. As are revenge suicide wreckings, track blocking, etc. There are NO RULES as far as contact goes. You do whatever you can to help your team win. It's time to let off some steam and have some fun.

Teammate 1 (The Racer) tries to race as normal and win.
Teammate 2 (The Destroyer) tries to wreck the other Racers so their teammate can win.

This is a B and Below Tournament. Each team has 1 racer, and 1 destroyer. Points are based on where the Racer finishes. This tournament is a little different, Destroyers MUST DRIVE A DELOREAN. Racers can drive anything that is not a DeLorean.

*Driver's on the team can determine and swap rolls as they see fit.

The rules are pretty simple and as follows:

This is an LNS Tourney and anything goes. The event will be 7 races.

Date: Friday April 26, 2013 (<- THIS FRIDAY)
Time: Racing starts at Midnight Eastern Time (12am - technically Saturday morning)
Car Class: B or Lower
Damage: Costmetic
Collisions: Always On
Starting Grid: Random
Tracks: Random - Player based
# of Races: 7
# of Laps: TBD(depending on track length)

S7 Members ONLY!

The winner will be decided by points base on where the racer finishes each track. The team with the most points will be the Power of Two Champions. Be there. This should be a blast. Event is THIS FRIDAY!!!

That would be cheating. As everyone knows, once you pass 88mph, you can time travel to the finish line.

Thats what the Hummers are for, to prevent them from reaching 88mph

Lol, the choice was made to put a clear margin between racer and destroyer speeds. Maybe we'll have a tournament soon that's hummers vs (some car)

Lol I adjusted the damage to cosmetic.
I hadn't even thought of people going up to R-Class. I'll make some changes to that. Thanks OC

Sad panda, I'll be in Chicago taking the crib midget to visit the grand parents. On the plus side, I'm gonna shovel some excessive quantities of Chicago pizza and Portillo's Italian Combo sandwiches into my fat mouth.

@Atrum - The fact that you mentioned that trash in the same post as my beloved Roberto's Chicago style pizza means you're dead to me. You just need to stop talking to me until I can ingest an entire pizza and maybe I'll be able to forget your blasphemy.

Chicago pizza, even from a crap joint, is so far above chain pizza it's like what a Monet is compared to a Crayola paint-by-numbers. Seriously though, I rarely eat Pizza Slut cuz it's just different from what I grew up on.

We have a local bar that makes fantastic pizza. We will each buy our favorite pizza and I believe halfway between us is the mythical land called "North Dakota". We can then see which pizza is best.

The pizza would be fresh by then.

In other news, races tonight! I'll see you all there. I'll put the Delorean I made in the garage before the races tonight.

I've gotta add some R's to my Hummer. Black Hummer, red Rs with thick white outline

I'll be making one today and ill also putting it in the club garage

I'll try to show up if I am around this evening. No promises.

It should be interesting seeing how much different this is with Cosmetic instead of Simulation damage.
