I covet, this is going to be an XBLA game right?

CounterStrike is GO! So far I only got to play a few games, but already owned fools on Aztec! So far it's great.

I only scratched the surface of CS last night, but already have a good feeling about this game. If you are a CS fan and enjoyed the old Xbox (or PC for that matter) version and wish you could still play it, you can now. It’s pretty much a port with a little cleaner graphics. There have been some more items/weapons added, but that does not do much to change the game (unless I can find one that is crazy OP). Maps are the same, choke points the same, routes the same, obstacles/cover the same, line of sight the same, yea like I said it’s an updated port. Which too me is cool as it’s only a $15/1200 point XBLA game anyhow. It does have another game mode or two I didn’t try out yet. If you are on the fence, there is a trial version just like all XBLA games. If you liked the original I think you are safe to spend your $12 and play it. I hope to find more time to play it this weekend, so shoot me an invite if you see me online and lets rescue those hostages (Obviously referring to the best map in Italy).

I played the closed and open beta a decent amount on PC. I think I might pick it up for both. I doubt I'll play it on PC more than occasionally, but I could see myself enjoying some CS nights with the clan.

I wish the aiming was as fluid as the old CS. That said, I'm sure this'll be OK once I'm used to it.

The recoil is a b1tch though. I've been forced to take vibration off.

Not having proper ADS for most all the guns is taking getting used to, but the recoil is not bothering me as much. I haven't played the old CS in so long I don't notice the difference.

I'm not sure but I was getting sniped by some noob camping the rooftops on Militia, so I'm assuming Kwato is still around. You do need to get it. At least grab the demo and try it out.
