Think i'm getting the quality a bit better but I guess my net just isn't fast enough to keep up a decent bitrate.

yeah I can steam I just have 800 latency while I play so its a no go for me.

Well, got the quality nailed. But the frame rate is about 14fps and there is a delay. Will try to optimise for my quad core to get the fps up, but ultimately, my upload speeds are gonna be the bottleneck for this =(

For reference my now 5 year old PC was able to stream single player games perfectly with a .45M upload speed. MP would have a streaming frame rate around 10-15. So if you've got .98 up and it's that bad, you're doing it wrong. Have you tried doing any QoS stuff in your router? Designate like .5M to your computer and the rest for games and I don't see why there would be issues. Unless you're trying to stream HD, in that case you better hope their "5M upload" isn't bs, which it probably is most of the time lol

this was a video from my attempt with garbage connection... all in all considering i was running on a .98 Mbs connection now terrible... but its clear i need to upgrade my internet... (gameplay starts about 14 minutes in, just skip ahead to it)

if you look at when i'm not in game, the quality looks great (go full screen)... gonna attempt to play something offline tomorrow to see if it still looks recent...

One of mine. 600kbs bit rate. No audio though, still need to figure that out. I think if I went down to 720, i'd probably be ok.
