It would be the money part that would be the problem. Once you've gone offline the site would have no idea how much money you have. The only way it could work would be if the version stored on their servers overwrote the local copy on your xbox, but that in itself would probably cause a lot of problems. All in all, it wouldn't be worth their time. Tuning, perhaps. Painting, yes. Upgrading, hell no.

It doesn't have to be a live build. What's so difficult about being able to select the parts and work on a tuning for ANY car, and save it as:
1- A tuning file. For the exact car+upgrades
2- A shopping list, so when you get online you can just load up the list you made and it will buy all the parts.

That would work but it kind of spoils it if you have access to every car and every part. If it was just for cars you owned then I guess it would be ok.

Cars owned would make more sense.

Most wanted feature for Forza 4:
The game... right now! Online tuning would be pretty cool if you could put your builds together online and manage your garage online.

Looks like this is gonna be a good tourney. Thanks for the action shot of your ride Interseptor, cuz I probably won't get to see it from back where I'll be. I should be on Wed night if anyone wants to test builds, might be on Thurs during the day too. Otherwise I'll see everyone on the asphalt.

haven't played Forza since the last tourney, haven't had time to tune a new car since E class...

If I am there its prolly just gonna be with one of my old Mercedes

Do you want to reschedule? You are only 5pts off the lead for the season. You have a real shot at the Season 3 Champion, but not if you miss either of the last 2 races.

All the more impressive that it is still only 5 pts difference. Plus you really made up a lot of points with this last win and me finishing 3rd. But it's really up to you. I have no problem pushing it back a week or two.

I have a few ready too. I also have my 550 in the A-Class, where it it no longer a leaderboard car because I am not a noob. And I have an LP640 that is beastly and should have won with in Season 2.

(It dissappeared from my garage and I had to re-buy it, re-build it and re-paint it from scratch. It is now white with black markings but I don't have a picture of the new one.)

I got rid of my lp640 to fund my efforts to tune stupid expensive cars. That thing is a beast though. My current STI is able to beat my Mugello club times I had set with the lp640 though.

I will be there racing a clone of Interseptor's LP640.

Me too. I set pretty much all of the hot lap times for A-Class in that thing and I can beat them.

Hmm, sounds like I'm gonna get owned even more than the last tourney. Oh well, I'm here for fun and the possible challenge I could provide. I've got like 7 or 8 cars of differing quality. Some could possibly be solid contenders and some are ridiculous and purely for my own entertainment. Depending on how things are going, I may be that noob that runs a different car in each race, meh.

I wouldn't worry too much about the cars Puppet. Just keep working on racing and you'll be fine. Find a car that you are comfortable driving and go for that one. That will make a bigger difference than a car with better numbers. If you can stay on the track, drive a good line and race clean you will be just fine.

P.S. I will probably be on Forza tonight for those who want to do some pre-tourney racing and test their cars.

I'll probably be racing tonight too. Gotta get used to having so much accel.

I hope to get on tonight, if I do it will be later on in the evening.
